Nathan Hoyle

Director

Nathan has been active in the real estate industry since 2017. He has completed several of his own developments, and jointly ran the bridge and development finance business at MVK Group, a multi-family office, for several years.

He likes to look at opportunities where he can create value with bespoke funding packages, particularly for tactical opportunities.

Nathan spent 8 years in the military, and read Philosophy, Politics and Economics at Manchester University.

Adrian Hogan

Advisor

Adrian has been active in the bridge lending industry since 2015. He has held senior management roles at leading firms including SOMO and Hilco Real Estate Finance (HREF).

Adrian founded and runs Paddington Street, a niche bridge lender backed by a family office, providing common-sense lending. He takes a conservative approach but never requires ‘box ticking’.

The majority of Adrian's lending is done at a low loan-to-value, often without the requirement to obtain a formal valuation. Within Paddington Street he has made ninety-six loans, with zero capital losses. Adrian read Geography at Christ Church, University of Oxford

Tom Archer

Surveyor

Tom trained as a surveyor with Cushman & Wakefield, sitting within their London Capital Markets team where he provided advice, execution and investment management services to international cross border clients engaged in buying, selling, investing in, financing, or building real estate.

He later worked for the London Diocesan Fund, where he managed a £120 million real estate portfolio, as part of a wider £1 billion estate with PRS, office, retail, industrial, alternative and land investments across London and the South East.
